Adhesive selection, process development and product validation are critical to the success of any manufacturing process. Nordic Glue has access to Adhesive Application Engineering Specialists to assist you with product and process design, testing, evaluation and pre-production trials, for your manufacturing process. - One-part cyanoacrylat adhesives for a wide variety of performance benefits such as joining dissimilar materials, quick curing with very strong adhesion and a wide range of viscosities.
- Epoxy adhesives for tough structural bonding for demanding applications.
- Structural acrylics for bonding of a wide selection of materials. Rapid room temperature cure coupled with high strength and durability.
- UV-curable single part adhesives which cures on demand. Upon exposure to UV-light the adhesive will cure to high strength in a matter of seconds.
- Silicone elastomers for high temp bonding, thermal transfer, potting and encapsulation and conformal coating of PCB´s.
- Dispensing valves and controllers for precise dispensing of adhesives, lubricants, ink and other fluids. For manual to fully automated systems for automated high speed production.
